The Dialysis Nurse(s) will report to the Nurse Director, and work with other members of the care delivery team as part of the dialysis unit to provide safe, patient-centered care.
They will be responsible for assessing and overseeing care of patients concerned with acute or chonic Renal Failure, as well as educate patients and their families on treatment and aftercare.
The Dialysis Nurse(s) should possess progressive nursing skills, such as fluid management, vascular access, haemodialysis and EKG monitoring.
All candidate should be customer focused with a collaborative, can do attitude.
They will have a passion for nursing and be able to carry out the hospital's vision and mission.
