Handling phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Selling our Wellness Membership Program, ensuring clients understand the benefits and value.
Collaborating with our team of massage therapists to create a cohesive and enjoyable experience for clients and staff.
Supporting day-to-day studio operations, including maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
What We're Looking For A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering a vibrant, positive work environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the wellness or spa industry.
Knowledge of MINDBODY is a plus! Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
