My name is Sean and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Accounting Support I for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Wendell, NC. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
This position will process customer PO's, RMA's, credits and warranty orders in SAP.
Volume 80-100 orders monthly.
There is an extremely high volume of email and phone interaction with customers providing status, tracking and other order related information.
Will also interact with warehouse, customer service and procurement personnel daily.
Will be responsible for creating or maintaining portions of customer master data and material master data in SAP.
Will assist CSC with RAIDS and payment disputes.
Will submit tax info when needed to GSS.
SAP and Salesforce are used daily.
