My name is Brittani and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Accounting Support for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Wendell NC. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Accounting Support will process customer PO's, RMA's, credits and warranty orders in SAP. There is an extremely high volume of email and phone interaction with customers providing status, tracking and other order related information. Will also interact with warehouse, customer service and procurement personnel daily.
Responsibilities:
Processing a very high volume of orders - 80-100 orders monthly
High volume of email and phone interaction with customers
Will be responsible for creating or maintaining portions of customer master data and material master data in SAP.
Will assist CSC with RAIDS and payment disputes. Will submit tax info when needed to GSS. SAP and Salesforce are used daily.
1 year SAP experience
Candidate must have Associates Degree
Some customer service or customer interaction
