Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
The Commercial Project Manager - Small Projects will have order entry and maintenance of product delivery purchase orders and construction contracts in the industrial, construction, and energy market. The person will project manage small orders and support Project Managers for large complex orders. The qualified individual will enter and maintain the customer purchase order or contract within SAP and Salesforce.com. The individual will support the Project Manager with sales order line item management for change orders, customer invoicing, contract reconciliation, accurate data entry, and date management throughout the execution phase of a project. As the employee progresses in the position, they will begin reviewing customer terms and conditions, participate in the Siemens offer approval process (LOA), and execute projects following different revenue recognition accounting methods (POC, CCM). The individual must have the ability to work within a matrix organization, collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial Project Managers, Engineering, Proposal Management, Business Management, and customers to accomplish business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Other Responsibilities:
Lead internal process improvement projects across multiple functions
Write procedures as well as implement them
Facilitate project closing activities in SAP and Salesforce.com
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Education:
Bachelor's degree
An emphasis in business administration, finance, project management, supply chain, or accounting a plus
Hands on experience with SAP; preference is intermediate level
Basic Salesforce.com experience a plus
Understanding of revenue recognition procedures, incoterms, and freight terms
Basic understanding of customer contracts/terms & conditions
Understanding of schedule management
Comfortable discussing contract and invoice reconciliation issues with customers
Basic Excel

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
