Job Description:
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a great salary, a benefits package, and a fun and friendly work environment! Responsibilities : o Oversee all field labor, quality control, labor coordination, ensure safety on the job and make sure project is completed under budget and on time.
o Completely responsible for quality installation of the project.
o Coordinate weekly safely meetings, on-site functions, and equipment deliveries with the general contractors.
o Schedule periodic inspections as per governing authorities, supervise time sheets and labor reporting, and administer construction contracts.
o Analyze HVAC/Plumbing drawings for instillation.
o Review sumbittals and check for accuracy and compliancy.
o Ability to manage ordering tools, materials, material take-offs, and equipment.
o Guarantee all workers follow the building codes and OSHA standards.
Requirements : o At least 5 years of experience working as a HVAC/Plumbing Superintendent - must have hospital project experience.
o Own a state HVAC and plumbing license.
o At least 5 years of experience working on large, commercial construction projects - Hotels & Casinos.
o 6 months of safety training.
o Med-gas experience (required).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
